Support Team – Pocket Kid Records
Interact-TV, Inc. (OTC: ITVI) – Interact-TV is a public company and 100% owner of Pocket Kid Records. As such it provides personnel, guidance and finance to Pocket Kid Records.
Robert Bryan – President Pocket Kid Records. A fine artist and musician in his own right, as well as experienced corporate administrator, Robert is also the president of Interact-TV, Inc. (Owner of Pocket Kid Records) and is sitting in as president of Pocket Kid Records until such time as Pocket Kid completes its discovery process and selects a new president who has the expertise and vision to pursue Pocket Kid Records’ goals.
Stan Medley – Senior Creative Consultant to Pocket Kid Records. Stan has been an investment banker for over 20 years and has worked with numerous music and entertainment companies in his career. He brings knowledge of the music business to Pocket Kid Records as well as being the one who brought the Dead Sara contract to Pocket Kid Records.
Fordee Management Company – Album joint venture partner. Our joint venture partner on Dead Sara’s first full-length album, Fordee is a senior management company that focuses on Artist’s career development. Stan Medley is the president of Fordee Management Company
108 Management – Management and Strategic Marketing. 108 Management is headed by Isaac Heymann and Michael Goldberg, both of whom work directly with Pocket Kid and its recording artist Dead Sara in orchestrating all aspects of the band’s record release roll-out, brand awareness and touring.
Michael Goldberg
Michael Goldberg began his career in the music business at Walt Disney Records in 1989. As an east coast sales representative, Michael coordinated promotional tie-ins with children’s radio stations and retail stores east of the Mississippi to increase awareness and sales for all Disney live artists records as well as music for animated features.
Michael moved to Los Angeles in 1990 and joined Rounder Records as marketing director and head of west coast sales. At Rounder, he was responsible for marketing & sales for all Rounder artists including Allison Krauss, George Thorogood, and Nick Lowe. Michael liaised with retailers such as Tower Records, Virgin Records, and Warehouse Records on artist marketing tie-ins that led to an increase in west coast sales from $225,000 per year to $1.5 million per year.
In 1993 Michael joined Holiday Records (Atlantic) as a partner and operated all aspects of the label, including negotiating recording contracts, record production, marketing, sales, development, video production, and distribution. After his time at Holiday, Michael moved on to Steve Stewart Management, where he handled the day-to-day management of multi-platinum artists Stone Temple Pilots and a variety of emerging new artists. Michael performed many functions including negotiating record and merchandise deals, arranging corporate tie-ins and sponsorships, overseeing production for artist records and videos, coordinating tours for artist performances and managing budgets.
In 2000, Michael became and A&R director for Maverick Records, where he signed artists to recording contracts, oversaw production of artist records, and interfaced with label departments to create and execute marketing, publicity, and distribution for each record. Michael joined Three Ring Projects and handled the day-to-day affairs of the company’s eclectic roster (Everlast, Elliott Yamin, Michael Johns, etc…)
Following his time at Three Ring Michael started managing, developing, and launching artists careers with Isaac Heymann. Recently they launched the music division of LEVERAGE (who manage Mark Wahlberg, Leighton Meester, Aaron Paul, Jerry Ferrara, among many others…and are executive producers of hit HBO series’ Entourage, Boardwalk Empire, In Treatment, and How to Make it in America…)
Michael also currently runs the newly launched Leverage Records; a partnership between Grammy Winning Producer Rick Rubin and Leverage owner Stephen Levinson.
Isaac Heymann
Isaac Heymann began his career as a manager at Three Ring Projects where he was the day-to-day manager for Grammy Award Winning artist Lil’ Kim while she was on the hit television series Dancing With the Stars, as well as Three Ring’s clients Elliott Yamin, Jermaine Dupri, Michael Johns, and The Wreckers. Isaac also served as A&R for TRP Records and worked on new albums by Everlast, Elliott Yamin, and Michael Johns.
Following his time at Three Ring Isaac started managing, developing, and launching artists careers with Michael Goldberg. C05 Music – Music Promotion and Publicity. C05 provides national radio airplay promotional solutions for artists such as Dead Sara, creating a tailored campaign to achieve maximum sales results from, and awareness of, the upcoming album release. C05 specializes in promotion, publicity, social media, creative design, sales and marketing, and in so doing has worked with dozens of high-profile artists including the rock bands Smashing Pumpkins, INXS and The Black Crowes.
Beford Music Marketing – Video Promotion. BMM works closely with the following national media outlets: MTV, MTV2, MTV Jams, MTV Hits, mtvU, MTV Tr3s, Vh1, FUSE, LOGO, Music Choice, Teen Nick, and Mun2. They work with all video pools that program in-store reels such as Nordstroms, Macy’s, Journeys, Harley Davidson, Steve Madden, etc. in non music retail outlets as well as all genres of regional cable and online video shows. BMM also works closely with HD Net, Indoor Direct, Transit TV, the Sundance channel, IFC, Cinemax, and Music Choice.
Noah Shain – Album Producer, Mixer, Engineer. Noah has worked as producer, engineer and mixer on dozens of albums for bands such as Atreyu and I Fight Dragons, and has a platinum album to his name. Noah produced, mixed and engineered “Dead Sara” for Pocket Kid Records.
Stephen E. Sessa – Special Counsel, Contracts. Steve is a distinguished entertainment lawyer who concentrates his practice in the music business. His extensive music business experience has allowed him to achieve superior results for a broad spectrum of clients. This includes multi-platinum superstars, world class producers and songwriters, record companies, publishing companies, composers, promoters, distributors, record company executives, entrepreneurs, retail stores, hedge funds and institutional entertainment companies.
Steve is an authority in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of industry contracts, including recording, production, publishing, licensing, management, merchandising, producing, distribution, record label, executive employment, sponsorship, endorsement, joint-venture, new media, and many other entertainment related documents.
Specific matters include negotiating and advising clients in multi-million dollar recording deals and renegotiations, purchase and sale agreements of music publishing and master recording catalogues with values in excess of 100 million dollars, sophisticated and complex endorsement contracts and blockbuster worldwide concert tours and events.
